How long does shipping take?

What if something arrives damaged?
We pack everything carefully, but if something arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right immediately.

Will this turntable work with my existing speakers?
Most turntables need a phono preamp (built-in or external) and an amplifier to work with passive speakers. Check the product description or contact us for compatibility questions.

Digital Pianos
What's the difference between stage and home console pianos?
Stage pianos are portable, professional instruments without built-in speakers. Console pianos have furniture-style cabinets with built-in speakers, perfect for permanent home setups.
Do I need a stand and bench?
For portable pianos, yes. Our bundles include everything you need. Console pianos are complete furniture pieces.
Vinyl Care
How do I clean my records?
Use a carbon fiber brush before each play, and deep clean periodically with a proper record cleaning solution.
How often should I replace my stylus?
Typically every 500-1000 hours of play, depending on the cartridge. We carry replacement styli for all our turntables.
