At Lo-Fis Music Room, we’re committed to delivering your gear safely, securely, and with care. Because many of our products are premium and made to order or shipped directly from trusted partners, shipping times and methods may vary slightly by item.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • High-ticket or specialty items (such as audio equipment, instruments, or furniture) may require additional processing time.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Item size and weight

    • Shipping destination

    • Selected shipping method

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options where available.

  • Some large or fragile items may ship via freight carriers and require a delivery appointment.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by product and destination:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–14 business days

  • Freight / Large Items: 10–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Peak seasons or holidays

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to the United States only.

  • At this time, we do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes.

  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may require additional time or fees.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on supplier location and availability. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take packaging seriously, but if something goes wrong:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The packaging

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

  • Lo-Fis Music Room is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees.
