Manufacturer Warranties

All products sold at Lo-Fis Music Room are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage varies by brand and product type:

  • Turntables: Typically 1-2 years parts and labor
  • Speakers & Amplifiers: Typically 2-5 years parts and labor
  • Digital Pianos: Typically 1-3 years parts and labor
  • Furniture: Typically 1 year structural warranty
  • Accessories: Typically 90 days to 1 year

Specific warranty details are listed on each product page. Keep your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.

What's Covered

Manufacturer warranties typically cover:

✓ Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

✓ Component failures under normal use

✓ Parts and labor for covered repairs

What's Not Covered

Warranties typically do NOT cover:

✗ Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents

✗ Normal wear and tear (stylus wear, etc.)

✗ Damage from improper setup or installation

✗ Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function

✗ Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Us First
    Email support@lofismusicroom.com with your order number and description of the issue. We'll help troubleshoot and determine if it's a warranty issue.
  2. Provide Documentation
    We may ask for photos, videos, or additional details to assess the problem.
  3. We Handle the Manufacturer
    If it's a warranty issue, we'll coordinate directly with the manufacturer on your behalf. No need to navigate manufacturer support yourself.
  4. Repair or Replacement
    Depending on the issue, the manufacturer will either repair or replace the defective item. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.
