We currently ship to all 50 United States. International shipping coming soon!

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Note: Large items like console pianos and furniture may require additional processing time. We'll contact you with delivery estimates for oversized items.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping on orders over $500.

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
Available at checkout for most items.

White Glove Delivery
Available for large items like console pianos and furniture. Includes inside delivery, unpacking, and debris removal. Contact us for quote.

Order Tracking

Track your order anytime using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or log into your account to view order status.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for return, items must be:

✓ In original condition (unused, undamaged)

✓ In original packaging with all accessories

✓ Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened vinyl records and media
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items (marked as such)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper setup

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@lofismusicroom.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Pack item securely in original packaging
  5. Ship using provided return label (or your preferred carrier)

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Damaged Items: We cover all return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: Customer responsible for return shipping. We recommend insured shipping for valuable items.

Wrong Item Shipped: We cover all return shipping and send correct item immediately.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. You'll receive email confirmation when your refund is issued.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Need a different product? We're happy to help! Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. If there's a price difference, we'll either refund or charge the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

Arrived Damaged?

We pack everything carefully, but shipping damage can happen. If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damage and packaging
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Email photos to support@lofismusicroom.com
  4. We'll arrange replacement or refund immediately

Important: Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

Defective Items

Manufacturing defects are rare, but if you receive a defective item:

  1. Contact us with description of the issue
  2. We'll troubleshoot to confirm the defect
  3. If defective, we'll arrange replacement or refund
  4. We cover all shipping costs for defective items

Warranty Information

All products are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty periods vary by product and manufacturer. See individual product pages for specific warranty details.

We'll help facilitate any warranty claims and work directly with manufacturers on your behalf.
